Dear Mr. Ray,
My spouse and I were guests at your Resort last week for our honeymoon vide Booking No. VANC-014. I wish to express my immense gratitude to your staff for their exemplary services and providing us with an extraordinary and exhilarating experience during our stay.
Our stay at your Resort started at a high note. We were greeted by your staff at the entrance and everyone knew our names and that we were there for our honeymoon. We were treated like royalty and along with a bottle of your best wine, we were given a Chocolate Cake as a complementary gift. Not to mention, a set of wine glasses was given to us as a wedding gift too. We were over the moon with such a touching gesture.
All through our time there, we were given specialized attention which was absolutely beyond our expectations. One evening while dining, your restaurant announced our names and called for an applause from everyone. We were short of word for their hospitality. What more could we expect on our honeymoon?
We thank your team for our unforgettable experience at the outset of our marital life. Their service went beyond their call of duty and I commend your resort for having such high quality staff. Please extend our gratitude to them for everything.

SURVEY –
You work at a medium-sized company. In order to bring everyone together and boost employee motivation, the company has decided to organize a collective activity to foster team building. They are consulting the employees about two possible activity options.
Choose the option that you prefer. Why do you prefer your choice? Explain the reasons for your choice. Write about 150-200 words.
Option A: A whitewater rafting adventure and overnight stay at Sunset Resort. This includes an exciting two-hour ride down the Coquihalla River with experienced guides; no prior experience is needed. In the evening there will be a buffet dinner at Sunset Resort.
Option B: A gathering at the city park. Families are welcome. There will be team sports (soccer, baseball, etc.) in the morning, a barbecue lunch, and then live music and dancing in the afternoon.
The choice between both the options seems challenging, but I will support Option B due to the overwhelming advantages it has over Option A.
To elaborate, firstly, my choice stems from the premise of practicality. Since Option B is a day-outing it does away with travelling outside the city. Everyone can attend the event without the fatigue of long travel. In addition, since Option A is a rafting adventure and overnight stay, not everyone is interested to participate in water sports or stay away from their young children For example, I myself will not be able to participate.
Secondly, having a family centered event will have far reaching effects for the organization. As employees mingle with everyone along with their families, the bonding will definitely create a healthier office environment and foster fraternity. A fun-filled environment with laughter of children in the air and the chit-chat of women together is bound to create an unmissable friendship all around. Isn’t that the exact goal that the organization is trying to achieve by this activity ?
Hence, in my opinion, Option B will lead to killing two birds with one stone – greater participation and deeper human connections. Thus, I support Option B.
