Your Manager needs someone to translate one language to another in next meeting. Write a letter to him recommending someone.
How do you Know him/her?
Why do you think He/ She is a better Fit?
How can your manager contact him her?
Dear Sir,
My name is Hayat, and I am working as a clerk in your eminent firm, HL88T. I am penning down this initiative to recommend a translator for our upcoming meeting. She is none other than my sister, and I believe she would be an excellent choice to facilitate communication. This recommendation is based on my experience with her skills.
Over the years, I have observed her dedication and professionalism in the field of translation. She has consistently demonstrated a deep understanding of linguistic nuances, which I believe is essential in a multilingual corporate setting.
I truly believe Roseleen is a better fit for this meeting because of her specific experience with Heaven’s Multiple Language Centre (HMLC). Roseleen is also known for her accuracy and ability to convey crucial communication in many other meetings. Moreover, her ability to quickly grasp the context and translate accurately makes her ideal for our meeting.
In addition to her translation skills, Roseleen is punctual, disciplined, and adaptable, which enables her to perform effectively even under pressure. I am confident that her contribution will help ensure smooth and clear communication throughout the session.
You can contact her via Gmail at Rozeleen86833@gmail.com. Please feel free to reach out to her if you need any additional information or would like to schedule a preliminary discussion.
Thank you for considering my recommendation. I hope you will find it helpful and take it into favorable consideration.
Yours sincerely,
Hayat Khan
Task 2 (Essay) –
Many countries are selling their products in many countries these days. What are the advantages and disadvantages of this trend?
No doubt that the trend of companies selling products has become increasingly popular; it might be due to globalization. Nowadays, the majority of firms are giving preference to exporting their products to other nations. This essay will shed light on the merits and demerits of this development in the upcoming paragraphs.
The most preponderant benefit of the global reach of products is that companies can create more demand and generate interest in their products before launch, allowing them to tap into new markets and customer bases. For example, tech companies like Apple and Samsung often sell their smartphones in multiple countries, which helps them to create massive global demand. Apart from this, this trend helps to reduce marketing costs and enhance brand awareness. Selling products globally helps companies to build anticipation and excitement among individuals throughout the world.
However, as every rose has a thorn, similarly, this trend has some drawbacks, such as companies must navigate different cultural regulations and laws, which can be complex or sometimes costly. So, failure to adapt to host customs or regulations can lead to misunderstandings or fines. Moreover, selling products globally can lead to shipping delays and customs clearance issues. As a result, these issues can result in damaged products and customer dissatisfaction, which can affect the reputation of the company in adverse ways.
To conclude, it can be reiterated that selling or exporting products has ample benefits for a company, like it can increase demand and interest among people from other countries, and the firm can benefit from the income of this development. But the disadvantages of exporting should not be neglected in order to maintain the reputation of the firm.
