You ordered a pair of glasses online. However, the glasses that the company sent you are too big and they give you headaches. Write an email to the company manager.
Dear Sir,
I am writing to you with regard to a pair of glasses that I purchased from your Company through the online mode vide Order No. RLKJ5469 on 5th June, 2023. The same was delivered to me on 20th of June. However, upon trying the glasses, I found out that they are too big for my face. The frame does not fit on my nose-bridge too well and balances precariously. This has lead to frequent headaches for me as the ill-fit constantly interferes with my visual focus.
When I placed the order, I had sent the measurement of the frame currently being used by me as a reference. However, your sales team seems to have completely missed out the details of my order. Resultantly, they have delivered a wrong-sized product to me which has impacted my health and hindered my daily activities. I am thoroughly disappointed with the purchase.
Please let me know how I can return the glasses. You may replace the same in accordance with the specifications I had sent while placing the order. Alternately, you can send a refund to me. I hope to hear soon from you on the matter. I ca be contacted at 357951654.

Your office manager is considering a new work schedule. She is thinking about closing the office at 12:00 p.m. on Fridays. In order to replace lost work hours, however, all employees would have to start work at 8:00 a.m. instead of 9:00 a.m., Monday to Friday. Your manager is surveying all employees to see if they prefer the new work schedule or the old one.
Choose the option that you prefer. Why do you prefer your choice? Explain the reasons for your choice. Write about 150-200 words.
Option A: I would prefer to continue working from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
Option B: I would prefer to start work at 8:00 a.m. and finish early on Fridays.
I am in favour of starting work at 8.00 a.m. daily and finish early on Fridays. This stems from mainly two reasons.
At the outset, a shorter working Friday would mean a two-and-half-day weekend. It will be a perfect way to kick-start a weekend. It will leave everyone more time to finish their errands and enjoy with their families.
Furthermore, an early start daily will also help everyone avoid the rush-hour traffic jams, when people are frantically rushing to work in the mornings. It will be such a relief to be able to drive peacefully, without bumper-to-bumper traffic and horns honking everywhere. It will help in making pleasant mornings for everyone and increase their efficiency at work. For example, I feel cranky when get after a tiring drive first thing in the morning. Also, it will help us save on the expensive gas.
Conversely, a normal working day will not benefit us in any way in terms of time and money.An employee coming to the office with a bad mood is less productive.
Hence, in my opinion, the new schedule will provide a welcome change to everyone and even increase the revenue of the company.
